What is life?

Living is the process of taking in sight, sound, smell, taste, touch and thoughts from our six senses. It is shown in Dharma as seeing, hearing, feeling and knowing.

Seven Bojjanga Dhamma

Our great Buddha preached seven very important elements that help to achieve nirvana. By following these seven elements, it is easy to reach the path. It helps to break the bonds attached to the Sansara.
